Jeuveau

Jeuveau is the first new brand of neurotoxin to come to the US market in almost 10 years. Like BOTOX, Dysport, or Xeomin, Jeuveau can be used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and is a welcome addition to the beauty landscape.

What is Jeuveau?

Jeuveau is an injectable neurotoxin similar in structure to BOTOX. As the first new injectable treatment to hit the market in a decade, Jeuveau is:

Is Jeuveau Right for Me?

Since 2010 the use of neurotoxin injectables has increased by almost 30 percent among people aged 20 to 29, and at Scarpidis Aesthetics we are happy to help people of all ages seeking aesthetic treatments. With Jeuveau on the market, there are now more choices than ever before. Jeuveau can be used to smooth glabellar lines (otherwise known as frown lines) in adults, and offers:

  • Results that last three to six months
  • Jeuveau treatments can cost an estimated twenty to thirty percent less than other injectable neuromodulators

Like all forms of injectable treatments, upkeep is required for the effects of Jeuveau to last. The decrease in price may therefore make this treatment more accessible to younger people interested in achieving smoother skin, ward off the development of wrinkles, and smooth frown lines.

When Will Jeuveau Be Widely Available?

Jeuveau is available at Scarpidis Aesthetics, and we are excited to offer you this option for injectable treatments. With more and more people seeking treatment options for their fine lines and wrinkles, and the possibility of some patients becoming immune to the effects of injectables after long-term use, product diversity is more important than ever!

As you’re deciding if Jeuveau is the right treatment for you it is important that you always choose a board-certified plastic surgeon. At Scarpidis Aesthetics, we stay abreast of all products approved by the FDA in order to assure that we can always offer you the safest, and most reliable, products, and perform every treatment with meticulous care and precision.

Possible side effects of Jeuveau

As with any botulinum toxin products, there are some minimal risks associated with the use of this product. The most common problem is simply redness and minor swelling at the injection sites, which fade quickly. As with all uses of a neuromodulator, you should always discuss your health and health history with your doctor before deciding if Jeuveau is right for you!
