Dr. Scarpidis comes highly recommended from someone I trust. I was floored by the length of time he took with me and explained (in easy terms) my options and what they will entail. He also took the time to discuss keeping within my budget and future visits. I travel from CT and seriously will not consider anyone else for treatments and advice. He also suggested (not forcefully) some skincare products that I am already impressed with. Sam is also a very calming face in the process of everything and again takes a lot of time to listen to my concerns. I’m absolutely obsessed with Dr. Scarpisi. Not only is he one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met, with an incredible bedside manner, but he’s also exceptionally knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. From my very first visit,  Dr. Scarpidis was very warm and welcoming, he  is an amazing Provider! Dr. Scarpidis and his team are attentive and ensured that I was thoroughly informed of all details about my procedures. He also has an amazing collaborative approach to care. As a Transgender person, I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns where I have not had that experience with other medical Providers. Dr. Scarpidis was knowledgeable about Transgender specific issues and explored these topics with tact and care. I would recommend Dr. Scarpidis to anyone looking for specific results, especially folks who identify as LGBTQIA+. I am very pleased with my results and he has ensured me that just because my procedures are completed does not mean that our working relationship is over. I really appreciate how committed he is to making sure patients are satisfied but also that the services he provides are a lifelong part of their wellness plan. He assured me that he is a part of my medical team regardless of what other Providers I choose to work with in the future. Being part of the LGBTQIA+ community poses challenges when dealing with the medical complex. Dr.Scarpedis was very polite and explained everything that was going to be done to me. All my follow up visits he took his time and again explained all to me. Kudos to Lindsey his assistant who was so polite and assisted me with scheduling and gave me exact direction to office. It doesn't get any better. Our child needed stitches after a fall and fortunately, Dr. Scarpidis was able to help at the emergency room. He carefully assessed the injury and explained the stitching process to us. It was comforting to see how gentle and skilled he was. We're very grateful that Dr. Scarpidis was there that day. It has only been a week since the fall but everything is healing very well. I’ve been using Ulysses Skincare products for a few years now. I don’t live in the area, but was given a set initially as a gift by a friend. I especially enjoy using their Purifying Foam sensitive cleanser. It’s very gentle and does not rub my skin at all unlike other cleansers I’ve used before. I use it both at night and in the morning. I am so happy I went with Dr. Scarpidis because the experience was as pleasant as possible! He really takes the time to listen and answer all questions from the very first consult until the end. I also have to give a big shoutout to Lindsay as she has been amazing. She was always quick to get back to any questions I had and was very flexible rescheduling an appointment when needed. Dr. Scarpidis is simply one of the absolute best medical professionals I have ever met in my life. I met him in 2017 when no other medical Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon would accept insurance to fix a gash in my forehead. He fixed it so well that you cant  even tell that there was a deep wound in my forehead. I have come back to him for various cosmetic dermatology procedures which have enhanced my look and how I feel about myself. He is not pushy. He will educate you on what can or can’t be done. He’s super honest and above all a very kind gentle man who knows his profession better than most. Dr. Scarpidis is an absolutely marvelous doctor. He is highly skilled, empathetic, and patient. He leans into you to absorb your goals, needs, and expectations. The doctor covers all options available and with the pros/cons of each. Without pressure, he will recommend the best course not necessarily the most expensive nor invasive. No two patients are alike. Dr. Scarpidis has tremendous follow up after procedures. You can reach out to him when you feel you need reassurance that all is proceeding to plan. He will offer treatment over the phone to ease your symptoms. The office has the most up to date equipment. The doctor is always educating himself on new procedures and products. I like the fact that he operates on small children to better their defects, scars and self image. He is very tender with them. Dr. Scarpidis has outstanding office support in Lindsay. She is on top of your chart, conditions, meds, and your general well being. You can't top her performance!
