Keloid Excision
A 23-year-old female patient developed a keloid on her right ear following an ear piercing and sought removal due to its cosmetic appearance. The keloid was excised comfortably in-o?ice under local anesthesia. Post-excision, the patient is instructed to wear a compression earring for a specified duration to apply pressure and minimize the risk of new keloid formation.
